CTOT, the largest independent title company in the country, with over 100 offices, was seeking a broad spectrum of strategic marketing services to amplify their presence in the marketplace and propel them into the top tier of providers in their space. Commercial Ideas was uniquely qualified for this challenge based on 50 years of providing full branding, marketing, and digital services to the commercial real estate industry locally, regionally, and nationally. The campaign cornerstone was in the form of a robust new website that provided users with seamless access to information about the many CTOT locations spread across its complete network.

Not only did CTOT want to compete with their competitors, but they also wanted to dominate through technology and brand awareness.

Supporting the new and deliberate strategic marketing plan were a series of bold initiatives that included a podcast titled Capital Title Connects to spotlight leadership and industry insights. This was paired with selected high-profile event title-level sponsorships, a full suite of print and digital materials, video content, and much more.
